Tuna Tartare With Soybeans

Ingredients
8 oz. Sashimi grade tuna, cleaned
6 Tbsp. soybeans
1 tsp. shallots, minced
2 tsp. Tamari soy
2 tsp. sweet chili sauce
1 tsp. chives
1 tsp. Shiso leaf
1 tsp. mint
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
Salt to taste

Instructions
Combine all ingredients and add to shot glass or serve on a wonton.
