CHANDLER, Ariz. -- Police are investigating a stabbing at a Chandler apartment complex Tuesday morning.

Chandler police received a call at about 9 a.m. reporting a stabbing near McQueen Road and Galveston Street.

Arriving officers located a white adult male with stab wounds to his upper torso and neck, according to Chandler police spokesman Detective Seth Tyler. He was transported to a local hospital and at last check was in stable condition.

Police searched the apartments looking for a suspect and about two hours later located a Hispanic male who also had stab wounds. He was transported to a local hospital. Tyler said the man's injuries appeared to be minor.

The two men have been identified as Jose Acosta, 27, and Kevin Queale, 20.

Tyler said investigators have not been able to decipher the circumstances surrounding the incident so at this time they are not labeling either man as a victim or a suspect.
