PHOENIX -- Olympic gold medalist Misty Hyman is no longer swimming for the U.S., but that doesn’t mean she’s not still busy working out.
Misty spent some time with 3TV to demonstrate a few of the exercises she does to make sure she stays in great shape.
From swimming, to weight training, to yoga, Misty makes sure to keep plenty of variety in her workout routine.
“With yoga, with swimming, the nice thing about those is you can really start at a very basic level and get a lot out of it,” Misty said.
