PHOENIX -- One of the world's biggest tire manufacturers is voluntarily recalling hundreds of thousands of of its products under two brands.

Michelin North America said it's asking customers to return about 841,000 tires under the BF Goodrich and Uniroyal brands.

Most of them are typically used on commercial light trucks and vans, but they can also fit many smaller, private vehicles.

The biggest concerns are loss of air pressure and tread separation. Fortunately, no injuries or deaths have been linked to the recalled tires.

"We deeply apologize for the inconvenience to customers and dealers.  It's important that all of the recalled tires be removed from service as soon as possible," Michelin said.

The company will replace the tires free of charge.

The recall affects tires made between June 2010 and the end of this month.

The recalled tires under the BFG brand are:

-LT 235/85 R16 120 Q LRE

-LT 245/75 R16 120 Q LRE

The recalled tires under the Uniroyal Laredo brand are:

-LT 235/85 R16 120 Q LRE

-LT 245/75 R16 120 Q LRE
