PHOENIX -- Are you packing healthful lunches for your children? You might think so.
Personal trainer and nutrition expert Jolene Goring said parents have the best of intentions, but if they're not reading food labels, they could be sending their kids to school with lunches packed with fat and sugar and little or no nutritional value.
Goring showed 3TV's Stella Inger some common lunch choices and a few substitutions to make them healthful.
