PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. -- A registered sex offender in Prescott Valley has been arrested for alleged sexual conduct with two teenage girls.

The Prescott Valley Police Department began an investigation after witnesses said they saw Stephen Eric Massari, 35, kissing a 16-year-old female at his residence on Tower Road. It also was alleged that Massari had two naked girls, ages 15 and 16, in his room on another occasion.

Police spokesman Brandon Bonney said one of the victims admitted to sexual intercourse with Massari on two occasions and revealed witnessing a separate incident involving the 15-year-old. It was further alleged that Massari provided alcohol during those incidents.

Investigators confronted Massari with the allegations on Friday and said he made incriminating statements about his possible involvement with the victim.

Massari was arrested and booked into the Yavapai County Jail for three counts of sexual conduct with a minor. He is being held on a $150,000 bond.

Anyone who may have had inappropriate contact with Massari or knows of someone who has is encouraged to call Detective M. Hepperle at 928-772-5176.
