GARLIC LIME SHRIMP (serves 4)
• 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
• 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
• 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 teaspoon sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel
• Pinch of cayenne pepper
• 20 large uncooked shrimp
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS:
In medium bowl, whisk lemon juice, Worcestershire, garlic, sugar, lime peel and cayenne pepper. 
Melt butter in heavy medium skillet over medium heat. Add lemon mixture. Sauté for 30 seconds. Add shrimp; sauté until opaque in center, turning occasionally, about 3 minutes. Stir in parsley. Season with salt and pepper; serve.
