Chef Dad’s Bean Salad

1 Can Red Kidney Beans (drained & rinsed)
1 Can Pinto Beans (drained & rinsed)
1 Can Garbanzo Beans (drained & rinsed)
1 Orange Bell Pepper (diced small)
½ Cup Red Onion (diced small)
½ Cup Celery (diced small)
¼ Cup Parsley (minced)
½ Cup Italian Dressing (I prefer Newman’s Family Recipe® brand)

1)    After draining and rinsing your beans, drop them on a few paper towels and dry them as best you can. 
2)    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine.  Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to overnight before serving.

Makes about 6 cups

Cooks Notes: Bush’s® brand beans are recommended.
