PRESCOTT, Ariz. -- A Prescott doctor is accused of sexual misconduct with a 15-year-old patient.

Dr. Randy Spicer, 39, was taken into custody Wednesday at his medical business in the 3100 block of Clearwater Drive.

He was booked into the Yavapai County Jail on luring a minor for sexual exploitation and two counts of sexual conduct with a minor.

The victim told police she had sexual contact with the naturopathic doctor twice last month.

Detectives also learned that Spicer had requested and received sexually related text messages and a photograph from the girl, according to Lt. Andy Reinhardt with the Prescott Police Department.

Police said Spicer admitted to having sexual contact with the teen.
