GILBERT, Ariz. (AP) -- A Gilbert police report says four people who were fatally shot earlier this month by a former neo-Nazi all were shot at least once in the head.

The police report was released Tuesday to The Associated Press.

Authorities believe Jason Todd "JT" Ready killed his girlfriend and three others, including a toddler, before turning the gun on himself in a domestic dispute May 2 at a Gilbert home.

The 39-year-old Ready was the leader of a group of armed civilians that patrols Arizona's desert near the Mexican border for illegal immigrants and drug smugglers.

The report also describes the efforts of police and fire department crews who tried to save the 15-month-old girl, who was still warm and had a pulse when officers arrived.
