PHOENIX and CROWN KING, Ariz. -- Ask author Thomasina Burke what her new book "Magic Bridge" is about and she'll tell  you it's has a little bit of everything -- travel, romance, love, adventure, humor and sadness.

Crown King -- one of Burke's favorite place -- is the setting for her story about a couple coming to the end of an "epic journey," returning to the place they loved the most. To get there, they have to once again cross Magic Bridge, something Burke and her husband have done themselves almost every weekend for years.

Magic Bridge is part the 27-mile road into Crown King from the south.

"The locals call it 'Magic Bridge,' and it's kind of because you've left 'real life' behind and you're crossing over to this wonderful little quirky hamlet of Crown King," she explained.

Burke's "Magic Bridge" by is in stores and available online now. For more information, visit MagicBridgeTheBook.com.
