PHOENIX (AP) -- A Phoenix man has been convicted in a series of Paradise Valley home invasions in 2009.

Maricopa County prosecutors say 34-year-old Justin Lee Martin was found guilty Monday on five counts of armed robbery, five counts of kidnapping, five counts of misconduct involving weapons, two counts of theft of means of transportation and one count of attempted armed robbery.

The jury couldn't reach a verdict on the five remaining counts -- two counts of armed robberies and kidnappings and one count of misconduct involving weapons.

The jury now will listen to testimony regarding aggravating factors.

Martin was arrested in December 2009 after six home invasions in affluent Paradise Valley.

His 53-year-old uncle also was arrested in the case and pleaded guilty in the case in October 2010.
