Fitness trainer Sebastien Legree showed 3TV's Yetta Gibson two specific exercises that will help you get your body bikini ready. Both feature resistance band, and the key. according to Lagree, is very slow controlled moves that will work multiple muscle groups at the same time.
These controlled moves are at the heart of a unique pilates machine Lagree invented. It's called the Megaformer and it's designed to combine strength, endurance, cardio, flexibility, core and balance training into one 40-minute workout.
