How to sync photos, data on all of your devices

PHOENIX -- Now  that most people have more than one device, syncing things like photos and videos can sometimes be a challenge.

Ken Colburn of Data Doctors (@TheDataDoc) says it doesn't have to be.

Some devices like the iPhone and iPad have syncing functionality for photos built in with iCloud's Photo Stream. Take a photo on your phone and if you're connected via WiFi or Ethernet, that photo will automatically be sent to your computer and other iOS devices.

A solution Colburn likes for all platforms is a free Google service called Picasa. The software lets you organize and upload your photos in a snap. It can even be set to grab your photos every time you plug your phone into your computer.
