4 Weeks to Fit -- Get moving for Week 3!

PHOENIX - For the third week of our four-week fitness challenge, fitness pro Tiffani Bachus says it's time to get moving -- in every sense of the word.

First Bachus talked about natural ways to get more fiber in your diet (to get things moving internally).

She also offered some great tips to make sure you're getting the most from your walking. Have you ever tried going backwards on the treadmill? It's harder than it might sound.
