Double Stuffed Pork Chop & Braised Cabbage

2-Double Cut Pork Chops
2-Red Apples-Diced
1/3 Cup-Dried Cranberries
1 ½ Cup Ricotta Cheese
1-Stalk Celery
¼ -Cup Onion-diced
½ Head Cabbage
¼ Cup White Wine
¼ Cup Chicken Stock
1-Teaspoon Chopped Garlic
1-Teaspoon Chopped Shallots

In a small bowl, mix, apples, cranberries, ricotta cheese.  Place pork chop on flat surface, with a boning knife, make a small slit in meat, then place stuffing into slit.  Pan Sear pork chop for 10 minutes on each side, then bake for additional 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Braised Cabbage-

In a sauté pan, brown shallots and garlic, approximately 3 -5 minutes, reduce heat, add white wine and chicken stock, let simmer for a couple of minutes.  Add cabbage, cook until tender
