PHOENIX -- A Phoenix substitute teacher arrested for alleged sexual abuse against a minor has been sentenced to 3 years' probation with sex offender terms.

Maricopa County prosecutors say 54-year-old Otis Magee was sentenced Friday on one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor with sexual motivation.

He was booked into jail last March on two counts of assault, one count of sexual abuse and one count of kidnapping.

Magee was later released from custody on bond and ordered by a court to wear an electronic monitor while out of jail and not have unsupervised contact with anyone under 18.

Police say Magee was teaching at a Phoenix high school in December 2010 when he allegedly groped a 15-year-old girl.
