Cloudy TuesdayPosted: Updated:
PHOENIX -- A storm system bringing California rain Tuesday morning won't bring much more than thick cloud cover to Arizona over the next couple of days.
Clouds kept Tuesday's morning lows in the Valley fairly mild, bottoming out only in the mid 40s to low 50s. Look for a high temperature of about 70 Tuesday and 73 Wednesday under mostly cloudy skies. Overnight lows should stay in the low 50s. There is a slight chance for very light rain and snow.
A second storm system is forecast to drop into Arizona from the Four Corners region will bring another slight chance of showers on Thursday, along with a continued chance for light snow in the high country.
On Friday, the sunshine returns, along with warmer weather.
Look for highs in the mid 70s as we head into the weekend, with dry weather into early next week.
