PHOENIX -- Fitness pro Tiffani Bachus is launching a four-week fitness challenge on "Good Morning! Arizona," and she wants you to take part.
She showed Scott Pasmore and Kaley O'Kelley three exercises you need to do every day -- they will only take you a few minutes.
On the nutrition side, your goal for the week is to eat at least five to servings of vegetables every day. A serving is 1/2 cup cooked or 1 cup raw.
If you want to really challenge yourself, aim for eight servings per day.
Bachus will be back on Monday for week two of the challenge.
