Mild week aheadPosted: Updated:
PHOENIX -- High clouds streamed into the state Monday morning, but not before temperatures dipped to the upper 30s in outlying parts of the Valley.
A partly sunny afternoon is expected, with high temperatures near 71 degrees. About the same can be expected Tuesday before a low-pressure system moves into Arizona from Southern California.
Rain and snow chances are looking slim -- about 10 percent. Mostly cloudy skies can be expected Wednesday with slightly lower temperatures.
Temperatures warm back up under plenty of sunshine towards the weekend.
Next weekend is looking warm and dry.
