Elisabeth Hasselbeck: Every recipe in 'Deliciously G-Free' passed family testPosted: Updated:
PHOENIX -- A decade ago, Elisabeth Hasselbeck, co-host of The View and New York Times bestselling author, was diagnosed with celiac disease, which menas the delicious family recipes she grew up with were off limits to her.
While many think getting rid of gluten means giving up taste, Hasselbeck was not going to resign herself to a life of bland meals.
In her new cookbook, "Deliciously G-Free: Food So Flavorful They'll Never Believe It's Gluten-Free," Hasselbeck, author of "The G Free Diet," has put together "100 delectable, easy-to-make, and family-friendly gluten-free recipes."
She told 3TV's Scott Pasmore that every one of those recipes had to win the approval of her husband and children.
