GLENDALE, Ariz. -- Glendale police are investigating a shooting after a gunshot victim sought help at a convenience store Monday morning.
Police said an officer stopped at the QuikTrip at 75th Avenue and Deer Valley Road at the same time a male with a gunshot wound arrived to get help.
The officer was not able to obtain a lot of details from the victim about the incident, but it appears there may have been a dispute over property between the victim and an unknown male suspect who fled the area after the dispute, according to police spokeswoman Officer Tracey Breeden.
The shooting occurred at an unknown location in Glendale.
Officers and investigators are trying to piece together what exactly happened.
The victim was transported to a local hospital. His current condition appears to be non life-threatening.
