Slight warm-upPosted: Updated:
PHOENIX -- While a large and strong storm system pounds the Pacific Northwest with heavy snow and strong winds, Arizona will get little more than some high clouds from the storm.
Expect a partly sunny day across the state, with temperatures similar to Tuesday's afternoon highs. In the Valley, we'll top out near 69 degrees, and likely hit 70 both Thursday and Friday.
The weekend looks good, with a high near 73 on Saturday and upper 60s on Sunday, but clouds will increase over the weekend ahead of a couple of storms.
The first could bring snow to the high country as early as Friday night, with snow chances continuing through the weekend.
The second could bring rain to the Valley and more snow in the high country Sunday night and throughout the day on Monday.
