TUCSON, Ariz. -- A mysterious shooting in March of 2010. Where a woman was shot while walking her dog, appears to be solved.
A 34-year-old man turned himself in this morning.
Ronald Motisko is now charged with attempted homicide.
The woman walking her dog at noon on east Los Reales Road fell over with a sharp pain in her side, which was a bullet.
Deptuties say Motisko admitted he did it.
