Tucson crime: Armed robbers hit Circle K; Search on for second murder suspect; Couple sentenced for murder

TUCSON, Ariz. -- A pair of armed robbers hit a Circle K on Los Reales Road Monday night.

They were wearing bandannas on their faces.

They got away with cash, a bottle of liquor, and several Bic lighters.

The suspects are Hispanic or Native American men, 18 to 23 years old, both about 5 '8".

TUCSON, Ariz. -- Tucson police are still looking for a second killer in a shooting that happened in September on Park Avenue.

Juan Carlos Gil, 24, was arrested in October in the death of Francisco Antonio Gastello of Green Valley.

A second man wanted in connection with the incident is still missing.  He's described as a Hispanic man in his 20s, about 5'8" with a thin build.

Police say they're still trying to identify the suspect and are looking for information from anyone who may know who it is or where he is.  Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or 88 CRIME.


TUCSON, Ariz. -- A Tucson couple who murdered the man who was keeping them apart are headed to prison.

Larry Coronado, 20, received 25 to life in the murder of Andres Sanchez, while 17-year-old Clarissa Sanchez received 21 years for convincing Coronado to kill her father after he wouldn't let the couple date.
