Which diet is right for you? 2 questions to help you decide

PHOENIX -- There are all kinds of diets out there. How do you know which program will work for you?

Natural foods nutritionist and registered dietitian Patti Milligan says it's all about catering not just to your taste buds, but to your life.

She ran down several popular options, including the Dash Diet, the Mediterranean Diet, Weight Watchers, the South Beach Diet and Volumetrics.

When considering any diet, Milligan says you needs to ask yourself two questions.

1. Does the food sounds good to you?

2. What kind of time -- preparation, etc. --  is involved? Will that work with your life?
