Janet Little, a certified nutritionist with Sprouts, says there are three kitchen appliance you must have to make healthful meals in a flash.
1. Blender (Little like the Vitamix line.)
2. Grill (indoor or outdoor; a small counter-top model is perfect)
3. Food steamer
