Warm weather and meteors

PHOENIX -- High clouds began moving into Arizona Tuesday morning, but we're still in for a pretty warm day across the Valley.  Look for afternoon highs in the mid 70s today under partly sunny skies.

Temperatures are likely to top out in the mid 50s and 60s in the high country.  No big weather changes are in store this week, although temperatures will gradually start to come down a bit by the weekend.

Expect Valley lows in the 40s tonight under clear skies, which should make for great viewing of the quadrantids meteor showers.  Although the shower is expected to peak several hours earlier according to NASA, Arizonans should be able to get a glimpse of the meteors by looking just below the Big Dipper in the hours before sunrise tomorrow morning.
