Occupy Tucson trying new areasPosted: Updated:
TUCSON, Ariz. -- The Occupy Tucson group has been kicked out of every park they have camped in, so now they're trying a new approach.
A group of the occupiers set up camp on private property near Main and Speedway.
About ten occupiers have been staying in the area for the last two days. However, Tuesday morning the owner of the property asked them to leave.
"It is difficult to continually be ousted. People complain that we're not getting anything done, but we're not given the physical space to do the things we've got in mind," said Mary DeCamp from Occupy Tucson.
There is no word on what their next move will be. For now a majority of the group stays on the sidewalk at Veinte de Agosto Park.
