Judge rules against Occupy Tucson protestersPosted: Updated:
TUCSON, Ariz. -- A U.S. District court judge ruled against occupy protesters.
Participants of the protest will not be moving back into Veinte de Agosto park in downtown Tucson.
Protesters say the move violates their first amendment rights as well as their rights to peaceably assemble and filed a motion asking for a temporary restraining order that would have allowed them to remain.
Police removed protesters from the park on Wednesday after a series of criminal incidents at the park and an upcoming Community Food Drive that is scheduled to take place there.
