Warmer days ahead

PHOENIX -- Tuesday morning brought another round of chilly temperatures to the Valley.  Many outlying areas, including Chandler and Surprise, got down to the freezing mark.  Skies were clear and were expected to stay that way through the afternoon.

Valley highs are forecast to top out in the mid 60s today, and closer to 70 degrees by the end of this week under sunny or mostly sunny skies.

Overnight lows will stay in the 30s and 40s.

No rain is forecast for at least the next seven days.
