PHOENIX (AP) -- A man convicted in the presumed death of a Chandler woman has been sentenced to a total of 54 years in prison. Maricopa County prosecutors say Bryan Stewart was sentenced Thursday to 22 years for second-degree murder and 20 years for fraudulent schemes with the terms running consecutively. Stewart was sentenced Wednesday to 12 years in prison for fraud and weapons charges. The 42-year-old Stewart could be released after serving 85 percent of the prison time. Authorities say 32-year-old Jamie Laiaddee was last seen outside her Chandler home on March 18, 2010. Her body hasn't been found. Stewart reportedly was living with Laiaddee at the time of her disappearance and was driving her car when police located him. Prosecutors say Stewart used credit cards and bank accounts belonging to Laiaddee.Authorities say Stewart also goes by the name Rick Valentini.
