PHOENIX (AP) -- A man convicted in the presumed death of a Chandler woman has been sentenced to 12 years in prison for fraud and weapons charges.

Maricopa County prosecutors say 42-year-old Bryan Stewart was sentenced Wednesday. He faces additional sentencing Thursday on second-degree murder and fraudulent schemes charges after being found guilty by a jury Nov. 23.

Authorities say 32-year-old Jamie Laiaddee was last seen outside her Chandler home on March 18, 2010. Her body hasn't been found.

Stewart reportedly was living with Laiaddee at the time of her disappearance and was driving her car when police located him.

Prosecutors say Stewart used credit cards and bank accounts belonging to Laiaddee. He was charged with second-degree murder in March 2011.

Authorities say Stewart also goes by the name Rick Valentini.
