MESA, Ariz. -- Mesa police arrested a youth minister on suspicion of child molestation.
Jasmine "J" Omar Brown is accused of two counts of sexual conduct with a minor and three counts of child molestation stemming from his relationship with a juvenile male.
Mesa police said the victim told them on Monday that Brown had touched him inappropriately on two occasions during a summer camp at Family of God Christian Fellowship in Apache Junction.
Brown told police he has worked as a full-time teacher's aide dealing with special needs children at Phoenix Collegiate Academy since October. Prior to that, he told investigators he was employed at the Roosevelt School District.
