More prison for GoudeauPosted: Updated:
PHOENIX (AP) -- A Phoenix man who already has been sentenced to nine death sentences and 438 years in prison has been sentenced for other crimes.
Mark Goudeau was sentenced Monday to almost 1,200 years behind bars for convictions on 58 charges related to the 2005-2006 crime spree where he killed nine people. All but one were women who were sexually assaulted.
Goudeau addressed the court and says he's innocent and "had nothing to do with those crimes."
The 47-year-old Goudeau was convicted last month of the nine murders and a jury sentenced him to death.
The 438-year sentence was imposed in December 2007 for a related attack in which he raped a woman while pointing a pistol at her pregnant sister's belly.
