Tucson headlines: DUI task force; Gas prices; Circle K robber

TUCSON, Ariz. -- A lot of people out on the roads this past holiday weekend, including local law enforcement.

The Southern Arizona DUI Task Force made 52 arrests, 20 of them for extreme DUI's.

The average blood alcohol content among those cited was more than twice the legal limit.

Deployments will continue through new year's eve.

TUCSON, Ariz. -- For anyone driving out of town for the holidays, or just heading to work there's some good news on the gas front this week.

According to tucsongasprices.com, the price at the pump continues to decrease.

It's down to $3.08 per gallon in Tucson.

That compares with the national average of $3.32 a gallon.

TUCSON, Ariz. -- The Pima County Sheriff's Department is asking for help finding a man who robbed a south side Circle K.

It happened about a week ago near South Country Club and Ajo.

Detectives say the man-- armed with a five inch steak knife-- walked into the gas station and threatened the clerk.

He got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.

He's described as early to mid '40s, about 5'5", with a medium build.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or 88-CRIME.
