Arizona court to challenge Brewer's removal of redistricting chairPosted: Updated:
Last week Governor Jan Brewer removed the redistricting commission's chair, Colleen Mathis.
Now the Arizona Supreme Court has agreed to challenge Brewer's decision and hear a case to possibly give Mathis back her job.
Brewer accused Mathis of favoring democrats.
Mathis' husband worked previously for a democratic candidate.
A ruling on whether Mathis will temporarily get her job back could happen as early as Tuesday.
