Tucson police investigating two homicidesPosted: Updated:
TUCSON, Ariz. -- Tucson police are investigating two separate homicide cases.
The first happened outside Diablo's Bar and Grill at around 1:00 Sunday morning.
Detectives say they got a call about a shooting and when they arrived they found 30-year-old issey powell warrior dead in the parking lot.
Officers are interviewing dozens of witnesses. They say the shooting may be gang related.
The second homicide happened about an hour later at a house party near 26th Street and Swan Road.
When police arrived they found several people on the street including 44-year-old Anthony Ramirez who died at the scene.
Detectives say Ramirez was asking some uninvited guests to leave the party when a fight broke out and he was shot.
An 18 year old who was involved in the fight went to the hospital but should be okay.
Anyone with any information regarding either homicide is asked to call 911 or 88-CRIME.
