President Obama moves up student loan initiative, Arizona students react

President Obama is trying to make college more affordable. He spoke at the University of Colorado in Denver where he said in the last thirty years the price of college has tripled.

President Obama is trying to help them out by moving up one of his initiatives.  Next year student loans will be capped at ten percent of a graduate's income.

The executive order was originally supposed to go into effect in 2014.

University of Arizona students breathed a collective sigh of relief as they felt the burden of student loan debt ease a little.
