TUCSON, Ariz. -- A body was discovered in an alley on Tucson's east side.  Daniel Slankard, 34, of Tucson was found Wednesday morning near Broadway and Old Spanish Trail.

Its unknown why he climbed the pole. The official cause of death is pending an autopsy.

TUCSON, Ariz. -- A Tucson man who took vengeance into his own hands is headed to prison for two more years.

It took four trials to finally convict Daniel Renteria for killing two men, one of whom molested his son.

Renteria killed Richard Rue junior and James Marschinke in March 2010.

He shot both men in the head after discovering Marschinke molested his 3-year-old son.

Renteria was convicted of negligent homicide for Rue's death and acquitted in Marchinke's death.
