PHOENIX (AP) -- Deliberations are set to resume in a Phoenix courtroom in the Baseline Killer trial.
Jurors are deciding whether Mark Goudeau killed nine people during a string of crimes in 2005 and 2006. Goudeau has pleaded not guilty
Jurors met last Thursday without reaching a verdict.
Goudeau is facing 72 counts in all including kidnapping, rape and child molestation.
If jurors find Goudeau guilty of any one of the nine murders, he could face the death penalty.
Authorities named the crimes after Baseline Road in south Phoenix where a number of the earliest attacks occurred.
