Tucson domestic dispute shooting leads to barricade over weekendPosted: Updated:
TUCSON, Ariz. -- Police say a woman in her mid-thirties was shot near Speedway and Camino Seco during a domestic dispute.
She made it to a nearby Circle K store to call for help. Cops say her injuries are not life threatening.
The suspect in the shooting left the scene, and with cops searching the area, he ended up barricading himself in his car with a revolver.
Several roads in the area of South Country Club and Aviation Highway were shut down while SWAT and negotiators were called in.
At about 8 P.M., the man put down his revolver and surrendered. No word yet on what charges he'll face.
