PHOENIX -- The holidays will be here before you know it, which means now is the time to think about decorating or maybe about getting away and doing something different.

Richard and Veronica Shultz from Rancho de la Osa, a dude ranch in Sasabe (southwest of Tucson), shared some Southwestern-inspired holiday decorating ideas and explained what a dude ranch is.

To learn more about Arizona's dude ranches, including Rancho De La Osa, visit the Arizona Dude Ranch Association website -- www.AZDRA.com.

"Our ranches are as diverse as our state, ranging from the more traditional smaller, remote ranches, where horseback riding and ranching are the primary focus, to our larger resort-style guest ranches, with all the amenities," reads the site.
