TUCSON, Ariz. -- Thirteen people were injured Tuesday afternoon during a dust storm when seven vehicles crashed on eastbound I-10 near Picacho Peak.

The eastbound lanes were all closed, backing up traffic for miles.

The dust storm prevented emergency helicopters from transporting victims of the crash, which included two tractor trailer rigs.

Four people were taken by ambulance to Casa Grande Medical Center and one woman to UMC.

Crews are still working to clear the eastbound lanes, but they're expected to be done by morning.
