TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) -- Arizona Cardinals running back Beanie Wells was limited in practice on Thursday with a hamstring injury.
The problem was listed on the team's injury report and, since he was fine on Wednesday, the injury apparently occurred in the practice.
He said in a tweet that the problem was not serious, joking that he just needed "to rest my wheels" and maybe change the oil.
The injury report came out after coach Ken Whisenhunt spoke to reporters.
----Arizona working out kinks in new defensive scheme---- The Seahawks' struggling offense should be happy to see the Arizona Cardinals coming to Seattle.
The Cardinals have allowed 932 yards in two games as they struggle to learn the defense installed by new coordinator Ray Horton. Those are welcome numbers to a Seattle team that has managed just 17 points.
The Cardinals, though, insist they are making progress and if everybody does his job, they will be a strong defense, current numbers notwithstanding.
