Some protesters at Pima GOP gun rafflePosted: Updated:
TUCSON, Ariz. -- It was the raffle heard around the country.
Outrage erupted in Tucson when the Pima County GOP decided to raffle off a Glock handgun.
Wednesday night the controversy continued as Tucsonans came out to protest.
They were hoping for a bigger crowd but just a dozen or so protesters made their voices heard.
They believe the raffle is insensitive.
There were some Republicans protesting as well.
Others say the issue is blown way out of proportion and what's being lost is that the killer was a person with suspected mental problems.
