PHOENIX -- Breathing is second nature, right? You don't need to think about it. It just happens naturally and you don't need to do anything more.
According to Master Stephen Co, if you do pay attention to your breathing, you can "breathe your way to health and vitality."
Co showed Scott Pasmore how some simple exercises done in just 10 minutes a day can make and amazing difference in how you feel and give you "energy for all of life's activities."
Tonight through Thursday there are free events in which Co will demonstrate the Nine Energizing Breaths.
