Tucson call center clothing donation for employees

TUCSON, Ariz. -- When workers showed up violating dress code, instead of turning them away, the C3 call center helped them out.

C3 has a certain dress code, but some employees could not afford new clothes because they had been unemployed.

That's when workers came together and offered their own clothes through the form of a thrift store.

"It's important to us to build that community.  This is a community, not just within our community that we live in, but also within our call center," said Debbie Purgess from C3.

Officials say it builds the employees up when everyone comes together to help out.
