GILBERT, Ariz. (AP) -- Gilbert police say they arrested a mother and her son and are looking for a second son in connection with an alleged home invasion on Labor Day.
Police arrested 43-year-old Helen Davis and 18-year-old Gino Paul Angelo Davis on suspicion of kidnapping, aggravated assault burglary and threatening and intimidating 27-year-old Diana Ephrem of Gilbert. Police did not indicate whether Ephrem was injured.
Both Helen and Gino were arrested at their Gilbert residence.
Police are also seeking Larry Costello Davis.
Gilbert police said Helen Davis was taken to the hospital after saying she had chest pains. Davis and her son Gino were later booked into jail.
Gilbert police were unable to say Tuesday whether the mother and son have legal counsel.
