Tucson police investigating homeless man burned to deathPosted: Updated:
TUCSON, Ariz. -- A homeless man burned to death in South Tucson has police opening up an investigation.
James Flaherty, 58, was found on East 39th Street earlier this month with burns on his head and upper body.
They took him to the burn center in phoenix, but he died three weeks later. Police call it a suspicious death.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or 88-CRIME.
